- Cultivating on behalf of the event planner we confirm with campus stakeholders in advance and vet our portfolio venue(s) and their viability (i.e. availability of desired event date(s), capacity, equipment, and general service requirements)
- All our managed partner campus accounts practice the industry standard One-Stop-Shop model of service. Overseeing internally within the campus community all the various logistical aspects of hosting your group.
- Our portfolio of available campuses extends to all our Sodexo partner campuses that subscribe to our marketing program and offer external conference services.
- At these campus locations our company contributes towards the conference operations through our catering and dining program leaders who work in sync with campus conference and events booking departments.
